You Have in Mind
The Legacy Ranch Event Center offers approximately 8,000 square feet of flexible gathering space and can comfortably accommodate events ranging from smaller groups of around 50 guests to larger gatherings of up to approximately 250.
The space can be arranged to suit the type of event you're hosting, whether that means seated dining, presentations, receptions, corporate gatherings or a more casual setup.

The ranch setting gives guests space to arrive, settle in and enjoy an event that feels more private and relaxed than a traditional commercial venue.
Keep It Simple
Start with the space and add only what makes sense for your event.
Tables & Chairs
Tables and chairs are available with the venue and can be arranged based on the size and general setup of your event.
AV Options
Audio-visual equipment may be available as an added rental option for presentations, meetings and larger gatherings.
Outside Vendors
Outside catering, bartending and other event vendors may be brought in as needed, subject to Legacy Ranch approval and venue requirements.
Bring in What
You Need
Legacy Ranch provides the venue and available venue amenities. If your event requires catering, bartending, décor, specialty rentals or other services, those arrangements are made with outside vendors selected and coordinated by the host.
This gives you the flexibility to choose the vendors and details that make sense for your event while enjoying the privacy and setting of Legacy Ranch.
Legacy Ranch does not provide alcohol service. Any alcohol or bartending arrangements must be handled through an appropriate outside vendor and remain subject to venue approval.
April Through October
Private event rentals for non-members are generally considered during Legacy Ranch's off-season, April through October.
All non-member events are based on availability and subject to approval.
